AFAM TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A. Please submit the complete set of documents as required to admin@afam.org.my :

Documents for company:

1. Constitution / Memorandum & Articles if Association – One copy to be submitted as applicable.
2. Latest Section 14 or Form 49 / Section 58 & FORM 24 / Section 68 – One copy each to be submitted as applicable

Documents for Sole Proprietorship / Partnership:

1. Registrar of Business Certificate;
2. Latest details of partners – Latest SSM Search;

B. The following fees (entrance fee and first year registration fee) is only payable upon receipt of email confirmation from AFAM that the AFAM Committee has accepted the membership application together with AFAM Pro Forma Invoice.

ENTRANCE FEE AND SUBCRIPTION:

1. Entrance Fees RM500 (Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred) (waived for transfer)
2. Annual Subscription Fees RM3,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Thousand) From January to December Each Year

C. In submitting this application, we hereby confirm that we will adhere strictly to all the rules as laid down in the rules and sub-rules of the Airfreight Forwarders Association of Malaysia (2019), on being accepted as a member. We also consent to our personal data being processed by AFAM for association matters.
